Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
Accepted Reasons
- Item damaged in transit: Send us photos within the first 48 hours of receipt. We will send you a new item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
- Item does not match order: Refund or correct shipment at no cost.
- Change of mind: We accept returns. The customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
Returns not accepted for
- Artisanal variations: Differences in color, texture, pattern, or shape between the photograph and the received item are natural and intentional. Each piece is unique and handmade—this is clearly communicated on each product page.
- Custom or bespoke items
- Items with signs of use
How to request a return
- Write to us at estudiomateriapv@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item
- We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions
- Once the item is received, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The processing time is 5-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and the item. We will cover 100% of the cost—we will send you a new item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
